NEW MIAMI, Ohio (WKRC) -- A 34-year-old New Miami man is indicted on 19 charges that include rape of victims under the age of 13. Luke Buchanan is accused of sexually abusing several boys. He faces five counts of rape and one count of attempted rape. He also faces charges in connection with allegedly giving the boys drugs or alcohol. Investigators have been looking into the allegations since early June. They arrested Buchanan on June 10 and served a search warrant at his Riverside Drive home.
