The family of a Springfield Township mother. accused of teaching her two-year-old daughter how to smoke joint, is speaking out about the woman and the welfare of her toddler. 21 year-old Jessica Gamble has been indicted on charges of Corrupting Another With Drugs, Child Endangering and Tampering With Evidence. Gamble is behind bars on a $10,000 bond. She's accused of giving her daughter marijuana, and videotaping the incident on her cell phone. That video was forwarded to another person, who then contacted Job and Family Services-and an investigation began.
