Body worn camera video from arrest of Isiah Mitchell on January 27, 2023. Mitchell was initially stopped by the arresting officer for riding his bicycle on the wrong side of the road. Once Mitchell was checked for warrants it was confirmed he had an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated out of Garfield Count. Mitchell was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center after Garfield County confirmed they would extradite him to their county. #2023-0006354
