[4K HDR] Dytikos also known as Dyskos or Diskos is a nudist friendly beach in Southern Crete on the west side of cape Lion, Dytikos means western in greek and Dyskos is the Cretan dialect variant. The main village Lentas is 200m in the eastern side of the Cape. In antiquity Lentas(from greek Leontas Lion) was known as Leben(Lioness in archaic greek) and was the harbour of Gortys which was the capital of Crete during Hellenistic and Roman antiquity. The Cape Lion according to the myth was one of the two lions of the chariot of Titaness Rhea, the mother of Zeus.
